  • Affordable Care Act: Health Insurance Marketplace
    The 2018 Open Enrollment Period will begin November 1, 2017 through December 15, 2017, but you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you recently lost coverage, moved, or had a change in income, household size, or citizenship status. We will provide one-on-one assistance to explore all your coverage options. Visit or call for an appointment.
  • PCN
    PCN for adults with dependent children continues to offer open enrollment for adults who meet eligibility requirements. To be eligible you must be uninsured, age 19-64, have a dependent child under age 19 living in the home, and meet financial and other eligibility requirements.

    PCN for adults without dependent children will offer an open enrollment period beginning August 14, 2017, and closing on August 21, 2017.  To be eligible you must be uninsured, age 19-64, and meet financial and other eligibility requirements.

    PCN is a health plan that covers primary services like visits to primary care providers, limited prescriptions per month (4), dental exams, etc.
