The Primary Care Network (PCN) is health coverage for adults, age 19 to 64, with dependent children living in the home who meet specific qualifications.
PCN is a health plan that covers basic primary services like visits to primary care providers, limited prescriptions per month (4), dental exams, etc. To be eligible you must be uninsured, age 19-64, have a dependent child under the age of 19 living in the home, and meet specific income guidelines.
